Handheld Hot Riveting Machine


The handheld hot riveting machine is a lightweight hot melt riveting tool suitable for hot melt fixing and riveting of plastic parts, plastic pillars, electronic casings, small toy parts, and other products. The equipment uses an electric heating element with a power of 650W, and the temperature can be adjusted between 10~320℃. The welding time can also be adjusted according to different materials and process requirements.


This machine supports an automatic air blowing function, which reduces the likelihood of wire pulling after hot melt, minimizes material sticking to the riveting head, and helps improve processing stability and product consistency. The equipment is easy to operate; a single person can complete the hot melt, riveting, and fixing processes for plastic pillars. It is suitable for sample prototyping, small-batch production, repair riveting, and small part processing scenarios.


The hot riveting head features a detachable design. When replacing with new products, only a corresponding riveting head needs to be remade for continued use. Due to differences in the structure, size, thickness, height, and riveting shape of different customer products, the hot riveting head needs to be customized according to the actual product. Common riveting forms include mushroom head type, U-shaped, worm shape type, and hollow type.
