Post-Installation Flipping Process: Automatic flipping after PCB insertion processing allows for separate front and back side placement, meeting the needs of double-sided electronic component assembly.
Pre-Inspection Flipping Process: Automatic flipping after surface mounting and soldering facilitates inspection of the back side circuitry and components, ensuring strict control over finished product yield.

This equipment handles board movement, flipping, or buffering within automated SMT lines. It helps reduce the number of times an operator needs to touch a board, which lowers the risk of damage and keeps cycle times predictable.
We are based in Dongguan, China and have been building automation equipment since 2008. Our factory has 90 to 150 people on the floor, and we export the majority of what we make to customers in over 30 countries. Most of our buyers are electronics manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, and appliance producers.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our equipment meets CE requirements. Before any machine leaves the factory, it runs continuously for 48 hours as part of our standard outgoing inspection. We machine many of our own components in-house, including customized tooling and fixtures.
Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
