III. Application Scenarios
1. SMT Placement Production Line: Placed at the front end of the solder paste printer, automatically supplies PCB materials, continuously feeds boards to the placement machine, completes component placement and soldering operations.
2. DIP Component Insertion Production Line: Located at the front end of the production line, automatically transports PCBs after component insertion, smoothly connects to wave soldering and other downstream soldering equipment.
3. Inspection and Testing Production Line: As a front-end automatic feeding device, automatically feeds boards to various inspection equipment such as ICT online testers and FCT functional testers, achieving automated and continuous production.

Where It Is Used
This unit handles the automatic loading and unloading of PCBs in SMT lines. It cuts down on manual board handling, reduces the chance of ESD or mechanical damage, and keeps the line moving at a steady pace. Works with single and dual-lane conveyor setups.
